For teams who already completed a cohort and need office hours while they rebuild reporting.

  • Fortnightly office hours with Nalinee or Marek
  • Review of two dashboard iterations
  • Festival-calendar planning note for Thailand

What is not included

Travel to Pattaya, vendor licence fees, and engineering time inside your company. We will not quote a “full-service analytics build.” If you need implementation partners, we can introduce two firms we trust; they invoice separately.

How billing works

A deposit holds a seat. The remainder is due before week one. Corporate purchase orders are accepted. Refund rules are written on the refund page, including the non-refundable diagnostic call.

Private workshops

Attribution Windows Intensive and Queue Throughput Diagnostics can be scheduled as closed rooms for a single employer. Pricing follows the Atelier rate plus a room fee if we host in Chonburi. Details live on the courses list.
