Privacy notice

This notice explains how Cloudqueuegrid handles personal data for website visitors and studio participants. Last updated 13 August 2026.

Data controller

Cloudqueuegrid is the data controller for personal information collected through cloudqueuegrid.digital and through enrolment in studio programmes. You can reach the desk at info@cloudqueuegrid.digital, 038 426451, Street: Bang Lamung,, Chonburi; City: Chonburi; State/province/area: Pattaya; Zip code: 20150; Country: Thailand.

We process data in line with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where a visitor or learner is in another jurisdiction, we still apply the standards described here unless a stricter local rule requires more.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. From enrolment: billing details, employer name if you provide it, dietary or access notes for in-person weeks, and campaign exports you choose to share for critique (which may contain identifiers — you should anonymise where possible).

Automatically: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site working and to diagnose abuse. Cookie use is described on the Cookies page. Analytics cookies run only if you accept the banner.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply within two working days and to assess whether a programme fits. We use enrolment data to deliver teaching, invoice, manage seats, and run the six-month alumni check-in. We use logs for security and uptime. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry messages to train unrelated marketing models.

Legal bases we rely on include: taking steps at your request before a contract (enquiries), performing a contract (paid programmes), legitimate interests in running a small studio securely, and consent where you accept analytics cookies.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 18 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless a conversation is still active. Enrolment records, invoices, and tax-relevant files are kept for five years after the last invoice, matching Thai accounting practice. Campaign exports used in critique are deleted from faculty devices within 30 days after the cohort ends unless you ask us in writing to retain a redacted example. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

Alumni mailing-list addresses stay until you unsubscribe or until six months after the Lab if you never joined the list.

Your rights

Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing the site’s stored choice and revisiting; see Cookies for the storage key.

Send requests to info@cloudqueuegrid.digital. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Thailand Personal Data Protection Committee. We would rather fix an issue directly first.

International transfers

The studio is based in Thailand. Email hosting, font delivery, and image CDNs may process limited technical data on servers outside Thailand (for example, font files from Google Fonts). Where we transfer personal data outside Thailand, we do so only as needed to operate the site or communicate with you, and we take contractual and practical steps appropriate to the destination.

If a learner joins remotely from another country, session tools may process video or chat on that provider’s infrastructure. We will name the tool in the joining instructions before the first remote week.

Children

Programmes are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, write to the desk and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top is the source of truth. Related: Terms.
