Acceptance

By browsing this site, sending an enquiry, or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request a seat.

We may update these terms. The date above will change. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance of the revised text. Material changes that affect a paid cohort already in progress will be sent to the email used at enrolment.

The studio and the site

Cloudqueuegrid operates a measurement studio in Pattaya, Thailand, teaching Push Notification Performance Analytics. This website describes programmes and publishes journal notes. It is not a payment gateway. Fees on the pricing page are informational until a written confirmation and invoice are issued.

Enrolment and conduct

A diagnostic call does not guarantee a seat. We may refuse enrolment if your stack is outside scope (for example, email-only lifecycle) or if a cohort is full. Participants must not record in-person critique sessions. Live campaign exports you share remain yours; we use them only for teaching that cohort unless you agree otherwise in writing.

You must not disrupt sessions, harass faculty or other learners, or present vendor staff as enrolled participants. We may remove a participant for serious breach without refund beyond what the refund policy already allows.

Intellectual property

Site copy, the Grid Method labels, metric-dictionary templates, and slide materials are owned by Cloudqueuegrid or its licensors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use templates inside your employer for internal reporting. You may not resell, publish, or teach the Lab syllabus as your own product.

Journal articles may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original URL, up to a short excerpt. Images on this site are used under their respective licences from public image sources and are not ours to relicense.

Your campaign exports and internal metrics remain your intellectual property. Faculty notes written on those exports during critique are licensed back to you for internal use.

Disclaimer of results

Training does not guarantee improved tap-through, revenue, or vendor scores. Case studies describe mechanisms, not promises. Informational pricing is not an offer until invoiced.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloudqueuegrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the site, templates, or teaching.

Our aggregate liability arising from a paid programme is limited to the fees you actually paid to Cloudqueuegrid for that programme in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

The site is provided “as available.” Occasional downtime, form errors, or outdated journal notes do not create a claim for damages.

Third-party services

Links to vendors, fonts, or image hosts are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Introductions to implementation partners, when we make them, do not create a joint venture or agency relationship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chonburi Province have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
